Art Patelos

  

 Art is the broker/owner of ERA Eastgate Realty in Goldsboro, consistently in the Top 100 Of ERA offices worldwide. As owner and operator of Art Patelos Enterprise, he has built and developed over 2000 new homes built and eleven residential subdivisions in Wayne County, NC. He retired to Onslow County in 2008, becoming a business associate opening Homewave Property Management in Sneads Ferry in 2015 to present.
